When the team at Karen Kane reached out to me to work together on a feature with their spring content, I seized the opportunity! If you're not familiar with the brand, you can find their designs at major retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, and Macy's. I would describe the brand's style aesthetic as a classic. They offer classic designs that are ideal for workwear, along with casual separates.
Today's blog post features how I styled two items from their
spring lineup, specifically with the mindset of day to night wear. Without
further ado, let’s get into the details!
For Look #1 I selected a navy tie-waist maxi dress styled
with a surplice V-neck and stem-showing front slit. This dress is ideal for the
office, however easily transcends into night wear with a few select accessories
😉
For Look # 2, I selected a floral kimono with textural interest.
We don’t often think of dark floral prints for spring fashion, but the light,
airy feel and fabric of this one makes this an ideal option. I topped it over a
tank style LBD (little black dress) plus added in black accessories to
highlight the beautiful floral detail.
Which look is your personal favorite?
Here are a few additional spring style options from the brand that caught my eye:
Cheetah print top |
Leopard print blazer |
Cheetah print jumpsuit |
Until next time Babes!
