Thinking of Fall with eShakti

Every year as the month of August rolls in, the return of the perfectly mild temperatures that accompany Fall invade the mind. This design from eShakti provides a wonderfully smooth transition from Summer to Fall.
Not only is this dress cotton, but it's also fully lined, and boasts a fun tribal print.
eShakti allows you to customize their designs to your specifications. I chose the neckline of this dress, added sleeves, requested pockets, and opted for midi-length versus knee-length.
I am thrilled by the custom fit of this dress! It cinches in at my waist fabulously, and the full skirt is a delight to wear. Ordering tip: When you provide your measurements to eShakti, give an extra inch or so if you'd like more room to work with ;)
Keeping the tribal print in mind, I added simple gold hoop earrings, and an assortment of gold bangles.
Sangria colored lipstick, a pair of my vintage sunnies, and embellished sandals from Nordstrom finished off the look.
Have you tried eShakti? If so, how did you like their custom pieces and customization options?
I'd love to read your feedback below =)

  1. I get mixed reviews about E-Shakti. Your review and your dress prove that ordering from them can work with specific customization and adding to your measurements. I love the style and the print, and especially the fact that it is lined. It looks great on you and you accessorized it just right.

    1. Thanks Robin! I've read a few alarming reviews, mostly with concerns about the fit of an item. For a straight cut dress, keeping my shape in mind, I'd definitely size up one :)

  4. I have the same dress, but with the low scoop neck & no sleeves -- I love it. It looks beautiful with the boat neck and longer sleeves!

I own over 20 pieces from them and have ordered custom and the standard size and have never been disappointed. As long as it's free at the hips, a standard size works great for me, unless, of course, I want to make other changes to the piece.

    1. Hi Jennifer, I think saw your dress on Instagram =) I couldn't tell that it was sleeveless, but I like the low scoop neck as well! I think the cut of the dress definitely plays a factor in sizing, and a-line is the easiest cut to work with for curves like mine ;)
